1. Agreement

By accessing or using the website, applications, and services operated under the legal name WordDoc (“WordDoc,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Services

WordDoc provides academic writing, editing, and related support oriented toward medical and healthcare education and research. We do not guarantee grades, publication acceptance, or institutional approval. Deliverables are tools for learning and communication; you remain responsible for compliance with your school, employer, or publisher policies.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

4. Orders, fees, and payment

Quotes, scopes, timelines, and fees are agreed per order or contract. You authorise us to charge agreed amounts using the payment methods you provide. Taxes or third-party fees may apply where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a custom deliverable, we grant you a licence to use that deliverable for your stated academic or professional purpose, subject to your institution’s rules. WordDoc retains rights in its platform, templates, methodologies, and branding. You may not resell or redistribute our platform or materials except as permitted in writing.

6. Acceptable use

You will not use the services for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or to submit work as solely your own where your institution prohibits such assistance. You will not attempt to disrupt or probe our systems beyond normal use.

7. Confidentiality

We treat project materials and personal data in line with our privacy practices and applicable law. You agree not to disclose our proprietary methods or writer identities where we mark them confidential.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
